By joining BY THE FIRE, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

2. Yup, it's that simple. To yourself, to others, to animals, to the environment. Be kind and welcoming.

3. Share openly, but protect member privacy. Do not share members' contact details outside the group, without their permission.

4. Feel free to organise small, personal meet-ups with the friends you make in this group (after all, that is the point of BTF). Any larger (10+) , more organised get-togethers will need to be OK'ed by us first to prevent conflicts of interest.

5. We believe in respect and inclusion in our community. We welcome different perspectives and will not tolerate discrimination or aggressive behaviour. If you find yourself dominating conversation, please consider stepping back and allowing others a chance to express themselves.

6. If you book and cannot attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can offer the place to someone else.
