About the event
Join us for 75mins of rest, reflection and restoration. A grounding meditation will be followed by an immersive soundbath, designed to support inner renewal. This will all take place in the beautiful Lumina Studio, upstairs at Thrive Studios. The evening will close with a comforting cup of tea and time to return gently to the world.
Equipment needed - please wear cosy, comfy clothing and feel free to bring along blankets and/or pillows.
